The Order of the White Star comprises five classes:[1]

  • First Class - It has two different types, the male version and the female version.[1] The male version of the Order of the White Star has thicker ribbons than the female class.[1]
  • Second Class - It has two different types, the male version and the female version.[1] The male version of the Order of the White Star has longer ribbons that are not multiple pointed on the ends like that of the female version.[1]
  • Third Class - It has two different types, the male version and the female version.[1] The male version of the Order of the White Star has longer ribbons that are not multiple pointed on the ends like that of the female version.[1] The Third Class doesn't come with the Star of the Order , just the ribbon and the attached Order Badge.[1]
  • Fourth Class - It has just one type but the single ribbon has an imprint of a wagon wheel on it.[1]
  • Fifth Class - It has just one type but the single ribbon does not have an imprint of a wagon wheel on it.[1]

The Order has a single Medal Class.[1] The medal class has the same design as the Fifth Class, but the badge itself is backed in a circular section of silver.[1] The Order has a collar design called the Collar of the Order.[1] It has a golden necklet that has smaller Stars in its design all around it.[1]

The ribbon is red coloured, and is attached to all classes, and the medal of the Order of the White Star.[1] The First, Second, and Third classes have a double ribbon design, the First has a crossed design,[1] the Second and Third classes have the ribbons meeting at the ends to attach to the Order's Star.[1] The Fourth, Fifth, and the Medal classes have a single red ribbon design.[1]
