Omillio Sparks (born Kenneth Johnson) is a rapper from West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. One half of the group O and Sparks (his partner is Oschino, ), he was a key member of State Property, a Philadelphia rap collective that also included Beanie Sigel, Freeway, Peedi Crakk and the Young Gunz. State Property were signed to Roc-A-Fella Records, a record label owned by the enormously popular and successful rapper Jay-Z, and released two albums. Sparks has been featured on songs by Jay-Z and crew leader Beanie Sigel, as well as DMX. He has laid verses to tracks produced by Kanye West, Just Blaze, Johnny J, The Black Keys and Jay Chandler, among others, and he has had major roles in three movies, including two films based on State Property. He wrote and performed the chorus on "I Just Wanna Luv U (Give It 2 Me)" from Jay-Z's multi-platinum selling The Dynasty: Roc La Familia album. Sparks' new label is Colossal Entertainment. His debut solo album, Payback, is expected in 2007. The album is set to feature Freeway, Peedi Peedi and Young Chris and Young Neef. The single, "It Ain’t My Fault", is yet to be released. According to Sparks, he has been waiting for months to get clearance from Jay-Z for a sample of Jay-Z's vocals being used as the songs' hook. He addressed the issue in a song called "Make It Do What It Do baby" which he insists is not a diss song, but rather a request.

He has recently talked with MTV and announced he is now signed to Koch Records through his own label, Colossal Entertainment which inked a 3 year distribution deal accompanied by a marketing budget for Omillio and his following The Movement. http://www.sixshot.com/articles/7149/

Album "Pay Back" was released August 28, 2007 on Koch Records
