Olympia Floor and Wall Tile is the largest tile wholesaler in Canada and is wholly owned by Ralph Reichmann. Based in Toronto, Canada it has branches in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, London, Hamilton, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal and Halifax. It also has branches in the United States and owns Flextile, an adhesive company in Toronto. It was the first of the Reichmann companies founded in Montreal in 1955 by Edward Reichmann. When Paul, Albert and Ralph came to Canada, they set up the Toronto operations of the company. For its operations the Toronto Reichmanns began to build warehouses and other commercial buildings, this eventually grew into the massive Olympia & York property company, once the largest in the world. Paul and Albert left to run the property business while Ralph remained in charge of the tile business. Olympia Flooring and Tile was not affected by the collapse of Olympia & York in 1993.
