The OK-Score™ is an algorithmical model developed by Willem Okkerse MBA which is more reliable (97% reliability) than the Z-Score of professor Edward Altman (82%) and to the Twente test of professor Bilderbeek in judging the fitness of a company, especially whether or not a company will continue to exist in the next two to three years. The model requires the books of at least five years of the tested company to attain this degree of reliability and excludes financial and insurance companies (as these companies have a distinctive balance sheet and income statement). The model can also be used to predict the evolution of share prices one to two years in advance. It is now also used as a stock picking method.
