North Star News is a monthly newspaper run by students at North Harris College that usually runs stories relating to issues pertaining to the community, the nation and North Harris students. The articles are written by students and also includes editorials and a couple of comic strips. Although there was a news club active in the early decade, it was ceased due to lack of support. In 2001, it was spawned again and remains running until today.
