History

At the height of boyband mania, the Canadian pop band soulDecision released their debut album, No One Does It Better. The album was a mixture of R&B, Soul, and Pop. The album reached platinum status in Canada. The album went on to sell over a million copies worldwide, selling the bulk in the United States with over 700,000 copies sold. The single "Let's Do It Right" was nominated as a part of the MuchMusic Video Awards in 2001. However the show was canceled.

Was the first single of the pop bands album and reached major success. However lead singer Trevor Guthrie believed that when it was time to shoot the video that altered the band's image. Regardless to the fact that the band felt like it was branded, the single was a major success.

Ooh It's Kinda Crazy

The second single "Ooh It's Kinda Crazy" became a huge hit and also became soulDecision's first number one video on MTV's TRL. The single was a top 5 hit in Canada and a top 20 hit in America.

Let's Do It Right / Tour

The least successful single from soulDecision's platinum album. It got major flack for Trevor Guthrie wearing what appeared to be a woman's sweater. No One Does it Better spawned a successful tour in Canada and also was the opening act for acts like 'N Sync, Destiny's Child, and Christina Aguilera.
