Nils Olav Fjeldheim (born April 18, 1977 in Tysværvåg) is a Norwegian kayak paddler. At the 1998 European championships in Szeged, Fjeldheim won the K4 200 m bronze medal. The following year in Zagreb he won the European K2 200 m silver medal with partner Andreas Gjersøe. Fjeldheim went on to win three world championships together with Eirik Verås Larsen - the K2 1000 m in 2001 and the marathon event in 2001 and 2002. They were also European K2 1000 m champions three times (2000, 2001, and 2004). Fjeldheim and Larsen also won an Olympic bronze medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics in the K2 1000 m event.
