Biography
"Bosou Muscle" was originally groomed as the top face for T2P, injuries forced him to debut in Japan late. This stunted his development a bit, but his baseball character quickly gained popularity. He joined the Toryumon Japan roster, and Shin M2K as T2P ended it's run, later joining Final M2K. Reverted to his real name, Naruki Doi starting in 2005, after spending his entire career as Second Doi. Abruptly left FM2K, to join Blood Generation on the night it was created, which prompted his 2005 rebirth. Doi has gained even more rank in 2006. After several conflicts within the group between Nobuhiko Oshima and Gamma, Doi broke away with Gamma, Magnitude Kishiwada, Naoki Tanasaki and Masato Yoshino to form Muscle Outlaw'z Across 2006, Muscle Outlaws engaged in a feud with Blood Generation (highlighted by a character change match which saw Gamma and CIMA swapped gimmicks), and then with Tozawa-Juku, highlighting in a trio's match which pitted Muscle Outlaw'z evil referee against Tozawa-Juku's flag bearer. Doi is expected to continue his rise as a potential ace of the company in 2007, despite the threat of several unit-changes. Doi became one half of the ROH World Tag Team Champions on March 3, 2007, with Shingo Takagi, beating the Briscoe Brothers in Liverpool, England. The two would lose the title back to the Briscoes at All–Star Extravaganza III on March 30.
