Narayani Shastri (born April 16, 1978) is an Indian television and theatre actress. Shastri was educated at Symbiosis College in Pune, and later moved to Government Law College in Mumbai.

She has worked in the following serials:

She has taken up two new projects recently. One is tentatively titled Kabhie Na Kabhie in which she is cast opposite Rohit Roy and plays a policewoman. The other is Twinkle Beauty Parlour, produced by Shristhi Behl. Mad About Money was her first English-language play. She has previously appeared in Hindi plays, including a production of Ghulam, Begum, Badshah with Rajpal Yadav. Much of her theatrical work has been based in Bhopal. She is currently dating gaurav chopra. They both were seen in Nach Baliye 2 as they were second one to be evicted
