Mordecai Lincoln (born ca. 1770- died ca. 1830 in Hancock County, Illinois) was the uncle of President Abraham Lincoln. He was the son of Abraham Lincoln, Sr. and brother of Thomas Lincoln. He was married to Mary Mudd. He is buried at the Old Catholic or Lincoln Cemetery near Fountain Green, Illinois. Mordecai's home, which he built himself, is still standing on the original lot in Springfield, Kentucky. It is the only home built by a member of the Lincoln family that still stands in its original location. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
