Mod Club Theatre (commonly called the Mod Club) is a popular nightclub located on the fringe of downtown Toronto, Ontario. Its address is 722 College Street. The venue hosts many concerts, including genres like rock, pop, and electronic. The Mod Club has a capacity of about 600; concert-goers can watch acts from the floor, the tables to the side of the theatre, and a second floor balcony. The theatre is donned in Mod artwork, as suggested by its name. Two large video panels give everyone in the audience a good view of the performers on stage. The theatre's relatively small size contributes to the intimacy and clear sound quality of live shows. Since alcohol is served on the premises, shows tend to be restricted to people 19 years or older.
