History

MegaMan Juno is a bureaucrat third class droid from a planet called Elysium. His job is to assume population control of Kattelox Island. When the population reaches a certain amount, Juno re-initializes the population growth by killing the residents on the island through the use of a supercomputer known as Eden and a satellite bombing. He refers to the inhabitants as "carbons" which might mean "carbon based lifeform". He also seems to have personally known Megaman Trigger in the past.

Reawakening

At the bottom of the Main Gate, Juno was in suspended animation until being reawakened by MegaMan Volnutt. Juno then begins making strange revelations, calling him MegaMan Trigger, as well as mentioning to MegaMan that he is a Purifier Model. When Trigger displays signs of not knowing what Juno is talking about, Juno learns that Trigger is suffering from "memory loss" and electrically shocks him in order to "re-initialize" him. After the Bonnes help Trigger escape, he rushes after Juno to confront him. After Juno initializes Eden, Trigger fights him in order to stop the destruction. Juno is defeated once, but his torso survives and floats into a nearby wall, revealing a larger, reverbot-like shell for Juno to do combat in. After his second defeat Juno is mortally wounded. He tells Trigger that he may shoot him if he wishes, mockingly, as his goal of distracting Trigger long enough for Eden to begin its destruction process. He orders a backup of his mind be created before slowly shutting down and dying. Afterwards Data stops Eden from completing its duty and asks that Juno's data be deleted. Juno's future remains unknown.

Personality

In battle, MegaMan Juno is best described as being both aggressive yet calm at the same time. He appears to be very dedicated to his duties and won't let anyone stop him (as shown when he fights MegaMan Volnutt). He normally speaks in a calm, soft voice that rarely changes inflection. He also takes defeat rather well, as he still seems quite calm after both of his defeats. However, when he enters the second phase of combat his voice changes drastically. He speaks much more harshly and menacingly, uttering phrases such as "Still alive!?".

Side Notes

  • MegaMan Juno appears in the crossover game Namco x Capcom
  • Juno's theme is an organ tune called Little Fugue, written by J.S. Bach
