Max Weber (August 2, 1897 - December 2, 1974) was a Swiss politician. He was elected to the Swiss Federal Council on December 13, 1951 and handed over office on January 31, 1954. He was affiliated to the Social Democratic Party. During his time in office he held the Department of Finance.
