The Master of the United College is a senior academic at the University of St Andrews in St Andrews, Scotland who is charged with carrying out duties as required by the Academic Senate of that University. The post was created to head the United College of St Salvator and St Leonard, one of the colleges of the University, the other college being St Mary's College, headed by the Principal of St Mary's College. Neither post should be confused with the Principal of the University who is the chief executive and Vice-Chancellor. See Governance of the University of St Andrews.
