Marquis is a skyscraper in downtown Miami, Florida. It is currenctly under construction, and its height is increasing each week as it nears its completion. It is expected to open in 2008. The tower, when complete, will be 704 ft (214 m) tall, and contain 67 floors. It will be Miami's second tallest building when completed. The building will be located across from Bicentennial Park in northern downtown on Biscayne Boulevard between Northeast 11th and 12th Street, adjacent to the Eleventh Street Metro Station. The ground floors Levels 1-3 will be used by retail & hotel. Floors 5-14 will be used for parking,hotel units and amenities, and floors 15-67 will contain residential units. The 64th floor will house a Sky Deck area. It will be one of the more expensive buildings in the downtown area, with some units having prices of over $13,000,000 (USD).
