Marion is a neighborhood in the incorporated town of Southington, Hartford County, Connecticut. It borders on the towns of Cheshire to the south and Wolcott to the west. It lacks definite boundaries in other directions, though the neighborhoods of Milldale and Plantsville lie to the east and east-northeast respectively. The Mt. Southington Ski Area and Burritt Street Park lie northeast and north respectively, and may also serve to demarcate it to some extent in the remaining directions. To outsiders, it is likely to be distinguished by being named as the location where Interstate 691 ends in an intersection with Interstate 84, that also lies partly within Cheshire.

Geography

Marion is located at geographical coordinates 41° 33′ 44" North, 72° 55′ 35" West (41.56229, -72.926422).
