Margaret of Austria (December 25, 1584-October 3, 1611), Queen of Spain and Portugal, was the daughter of Archduke Charles II of Austria and Maria Anna of Bavaria, and the sister of the Emperor Ferdinand II. She married Philip III of Spain on 18 April 1599. Margaret was a great patroness of the arts. She was very influential in palace life. She was the mother of:
