Longineu Parsons III, also known as LP, is the drummer for the band Yellowcard. He has been with the band since Yellowcard met up in 1997. He is known for his outstanding drum solos and great sound. LP has done some solo work, too. He recorded an EP for African American traditional music, and is selling it on iTunes. LP started playing the drums at the age of five with his father's band, the Longineu Parsons Ensemble.
