Listen to Records is an independent record label founded in 2005 by a group of musicians originating from Kent, Ohio. Members of the label have since spread across the United States to the cities of Portland, Oregon; San Francisco, California; Cleveland, Ohio; and Akron, Ohio. Listen to Records' principal offices are located in Portland and Akron. The name was derived from the musicians' interest in creating music that is both entertaining and informative.
