Lillian Hall-Davis (23 June 1898 — 25 October 1933) was a British actress during the silent era. The daughter of a London taxi driver, her films included 1924's Quo Vadis, and The Ring (1927) and The Farmer's Wife (1928) both directed by Alfred Hitchcock. She failed to make the transition to talkies and killed herself at home in Golders Green by turning on the gas supply and cutting her own throat.
