Lennox "Boogsie" Sharpe (born 1953) is one of the all-time great composers and arrangers for the steelband. Sharpe began his career with Starlift where he worked as a co-arranger with Raymond Holman. He is most strongly associated with the Phase II Pan Groove Steel Orchestra, a band he has taken to the Panorama finals repeatedly.
