Lee Michael Norris (born September 25, 1981, Greenville, North Carolina, U.S.) is an American film and television actor, who played Stuart Minkus in the ABC hit sitcom Boy Meets World, Chuckie Lee Torkelson in The Torkelsons (NBC), and currently stars as "Mouth McFadden" on The CW's One Tree Hill. Lee attended Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and graduated in 2004.
