Edward Lawrence Winn, Jr. (born August 22, 1919) is a U.S. Republican politician. He was born in Kansas City, Missouri. He was elected as a Republican to the United States House of Representatives from Kansas and served from January 3, 1967 to January 3, 1985. He currently resides in Prairie Village, Kansas.
