Langhorne M. Bond (born c. 1941) was the Administrator of the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration from 1977 to 1981 under President Jimmy Carter. He was also Secretary of Transportation for Illinois, Chief of Staff for the U.S. Department of Transportation Secretary Alan Boyd and president of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO). Bond holds degrees from Queen's College, London, McGill University and a law degree from the University of Virginia.
