Kivie Kaplan (19041975) was a Jewish-American businessman and philanthropist from Boston, Massachusetts. He served as president of the NAACP from 1966 to 1975. He, along with his wife Emily, fought in support of civil rights for all. He was the last in a long line of Jews who held a leadership role in African American civil rights groups. He fought to keep blacks away from illegal drugs.
