Justiniano Borgoño Castañeda (born September 5 1836 in Trujillo, Peru; died January 27 1921 in Lima, Peru) was a Peruvian soldier and politician who briefly occupied the Presidency of Peru during 1894. He was succeeded by Andrés Avelino Cáceres.
