Joseph Barney (Wolverhampton, 1753 - c. 1829) was a British painter, specialising in still life. He studied under Antonio Zucchi and Angelica Kauffmann, and later held posts both as drawing-master at the Royal Military Academy, and as flower painter to the prince regent.
