Johnny Rod (born John Tumminello December 9, 1957) is an American bass guitar player. One of the early bands he was active in was King Kobra, from 1983 to 1986. In 1986 he joined the heavy metal band W.A.S.P.. He quit the music business and became an E.M.T. (160 hrs of training, As opposed to 2000 hrs of training for a Paramedic) in Pittsburgh, PA. Johnny currently lives near House Springs, Missouri, SW of St. Louis. He has a daughter in Pennsylvania and a son in Missouri. He is currently single and does masonry and concrete work.
