John Patton (born 1822, death unknown) was the 30th mayor of Detroit, Michigan, 1858-1859. Little is known about his life. There is also a John Patton identified as being the Sheriff of Wayne County, Michigan 1869-1870 or as late as 1871. It is uncertain whether the two are the same person or if there is any relation between them.
