American actor Jerry Hardin as the character Deep Throat, in the popular 1990s television series, The X Files.
American actor Jerry Hardin as the character Deep Throat, in the popular 1990s television series, The X Files.

Jerry Hardin (born 20 November 1929 in Dallas, Texas) is a United States actor who has made many television and film appearances. One of his most recognizable roles was that of the character Deep Throat in the series The X-Files. He played Mark Twain, in additional to other numerous roles in Star Trek: The Next Generation. He has also played Isaac Clark in the Sliders episode Revelations.

His daughter is actress Melora Hardin.
