Jericho, Utah is an unincorporated location in Juab County, Utah 103 miles southwest of Salt Lake City and 30 miles west of Nephi, Utah.[1] The area is located near Little Sahara Recreation Area, an area consisting of sand dunes. The area is popular among off road vehicle users, motocross bikers, and campers. Jericho can be reached by U.S. Highway 6 through Eureka, Utah or Delta, Utah. The area can also be reached by Utah State Route 132 west through Nephi. The climante of the area is hot in the summers, commonly in the 90s to 100's Fahrenheit and winters are cold in the 30s to 40s Fahrenheit. The climate is typical of that of the Great Basin Desert.
