Jacky Durand (born 10 February 1967) is a former French professional cyclist known for his aggressive riding style. He owed most of his victories to attacking early in the race and staying away until the end.

- Won the 1992 Ronde van Vlaanderen after a 217km breakaway - his biggest victory
- Won Paris-Tours in 1998 (first French riders to win this race in 42 years)
- Finished the 1999 Tour de France as Lanterne rouge
- Won the Combativity award in the 1998 and 1999 Tour de France
- Worked for Eurosport during 2006 Tour de France
