Jack TV is a Philippine cable TV network owned by Solar Entertainment Corporation, test launched on May 2005, officially debuting on July 12, 2005. It offers comedy, animation, sports entertainment and technology-oriented shows, mainly from Comedy Central, as well as G4, Cartoon Network, USA Network, The CW, CBS, Fox, and NBC. It was originally part of Solar USA (Ultimate in Suspense and Action) beginning May until July 2005, when Solar USA's content were transferred to Crime/Suspense to accommodate Jack TV's programmes. Jack TV's current slogan is *It's Definitely Jack and Everything You Need is On TV(2007).
