The Inglewood Police Department is the police department serving Inglewood, California. The Inglewood Police Department has 300 employees including over 200 sworn personnel.[1] Officers are organised in four divisions or bureaux. The Administrative Services Bureau, Detective Bureau, Patrol Bureau, and the Office of the Chief of Police. [2] Since October 2007 the Chief of Police has been Jacqueline Seabrooks[3] who replaced Interim Chief of Police Julius Davis. Before Davis the department had been led by Ronald Banks. The IPD is based at One Manchester Blvd. Inglewood, California.[4] and Officers are trained at STARS Center, which is the LA County Sheriff's Academy.
