"Independents Day" is the 10th album released by Psychopathic Records. Twiztid announced on January 5 2007 that it would be released July 3 2007. Nearly every track features an independent guest, including Tech N9ne, the late Proof and Bizarre of D12, DJ Clay, Tha Dogg Pound, DJ Quik, (həd) p.e., Insane Clown Posse and Blaze Ya Dead Homie. Proof and Bizarre are especially notable on this album because it was the first time any rappers from Shady Records have done work with Psychopathic Records, and was unexpected due to the (now long ceased) feud between Eminem and the Insane Clown Posse in 1999. In its first week, the album sold 12,645 copies in the United States, reaching No. 57 on the Billboard 200.[1] For this record, Twiztid posted Myspace bulletins called "homie hook-ups" at varying times after July 3rd. These bulletins included information about the guests on the album, including how Twiztid got them to be on the track they were on. Recently, these bulletins have not been posted, stopping at number 9.

Note: There is an error on both the album's case as well as the disc itself that has the last two tracks switched. However if one listens to the album the error is made quite clear.
