Higinio Vélez Carrión (born c. 1947) is a Cuban baseball manager. After leading Santiago de Cuba to three straight championships in the Cuban National Series (1999–2001), he became the manager of the Cuban national baseball team, which he led to the gold medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics.
