Hachette Book Group USA (HBG) is a publishing company owned by Hachette Livre, the largest publishing company in France. It was formed when Hachette Livre purchased the Time Warner Book Group from Time Warner on March 31, 2006. Notable authors include Nicholas Sparks, James Patterson, David Baldacci, Sidney Sheldon, Nelson DeMille, Jon Stewart and the writers of Comedy Central's The Daily Show, Rick Moody, David Foster Wallace, Tucker Carlson, Lou Dobbs, Robert Kiyosaki (author of the Rich Dad, Poor Dad series) and Michael Connelly. Under the terms of Hachette Livre's acquisition, HBG is able to use the Warner Books moniker through 2011, although HBG is not itself affiliated with Time Warner. Because of this, HBG announced on March 26, 2007, that Warner Books had been renamed Grand Central Publishing. The company already uses a number of imprints across its publishing divisions:
