Geography
Gordon is located at (39.931003, -84.508002)GR1. According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.2 square miles (0.4 km²), all of it land.
Demographics
As of the censusGR2 of 2000, there were 190 people, 74 households, and 58 families residing in the village. The population density was 1,159.6 people per square mile (458.5/km²). There were 78 housing units at an average density of 476.1/sq mi (188.2/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 100.00% White. There were 74 households out of which 40.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 67.6% were married couples living together, 6.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 21.6% were non-families. 17.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 4.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.57 and the average family size was 2.93. In the village the population was spread out with 29.5% under the age of 18, 4.2% from 18 to 24, 38.4% from 25 to 44, 22.6% from 45 to 64, and 5.3% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 34 years. For every 100 females there were 102.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 103.0 males. The median income for a household in the village was $35,750, and the median income for a family was $38,125. Males had a median income of $35,833 versus $21,607 for females. The per capita income for the village was $16,949. None of the families and 0.5% of the population were living below the poverty line.
