Gigi is either a baby doll made by Zapf Creations in Germany or an original walking doll made by A&H. There has also occasionally been a doll line that's been named Gigi though not with the popularity of the others.

A&H Gigi

She takes the form of a young girl, and originates as a walking doll made of hard plastic in the 1950s, although there are versions that don't walk. Remembered by collectors as "Neither Ginger Nor Pam", mainly because the A&H Gigi resembles two other dolls of that era, Pam (Fortune, Virga and PMA) and Ginger (sometimes Ginny). Since then, the A&H Gigi also went through 4 or 5 forms. A&H Gigi dolls have permed, shoulder length hair, a roundish head and face, soft appearance, roundish eyes, and the mouth is set in a pout.

Zapf Creations Gigi

The Zapf Creations Gigi isn't a doll with her own series like the A&H Gigi but a line of dolls named Gigi in the Zapf Creations series of baby dolls.
