Gerard López Segú (born March 12, 1979 in Granollers) is a Spanish football player. He played most notably for Valencia CF and FC Barcelona. He played for Spain national football team and was a participant at the 2000 UEFA European Championship. Gerard López's brother, Sergi López Segú, former footballer for FC Barcelona, committed suicide on November 4, 2006 by throwing himself under a train.
