George Edward Lodge

George Edward Lodge (3 December 1860, Scrivelsby, Lincolnshire; died 5 February 1954)^[1] was a British illustrator of birds. His father, Samuel Lodge, was Canon of Lincoln Cathedral and he was the seventh son of a seventh son.^[1] He was educated at home, then attended Lincoln School of Art^[1] and studied and worked in London before moving to Camberley.
