Gene Samuel (born October 14, 1961) is a retired road bicycle racer and track cyclist from Trinidad and Tobago, who represented his native country at four consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1984. He won a gold, a silver and a bronze medal in the Men's 1.000m Time Trial at three different Pan American Games. Samuel was a professional rider from 1992 to 1996.
