Frederick ("Fred") Norris (born September 4, 1921, died 13 December 2006) is a retired marathon runner from the United Kingdom, who won the bronze medal at the European Championships in Stockholm, Sweden, behind two Soviet runners: Sergey Popov and Ivan Filin. He competed in two consecutive Summer Olympics (1952 and 1956).
