Francis (Frank) Casey (born in Australia, died 1994) was the foundation President of the Public Transport Users Association (PTUA) (then known as the Train Travellers Association)[1], and invented Hexapool, a variant of billiards. He was the father of 4 children, and grandfather of 7.
