Flanders is an unincorporated area located in Mount Olive Township and parts of Roxbury Township, in southwest Morris County, New Jersey, United States. Flanders is served by the United States Postal Service as ZIP Code 07836. As of the United States 2000 Census, the ZIP Code Tabulation Area had a population of 12,217. as of the 1990 Census, the population was 10,528.
