Fiesta Mart is a United States supermarket chain headquartered in Houston, Texas that was established in 1972. As of February 2007, Fiesta Mart operates 49 stores in Texas. Fiesta has stores in the Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, and Waco areas. The chain caters to Hispanic and international customers with a large selection of foods and ingredients that are generally not available at a typical grocery store. Fiesta stores also often include several other stores owned by independent operators, such as discount jewelry and banking. Fiesta also has Fiesta Liquor Stores, where only alcohol is sold.
