Fever Records was the New York City freestyle record label of the 80s, founded by promoter Sal Abbatiello. The label was marketed and distributed by Sutra Records until Sutra went under, forcing Sal Abbatiello to seek distribution from Columbia Records. Fever Records is best known for the recording artists The Cover Girls, Lissette Melendez and Little Suzy, to name a few.
