Farid Khayrullovich Mukhametshin (also Ferit Mokhametshin, Tatar: Färit Xäyrulla ulı Möxämmätşin, Russian Фарид Хайруллович Мухаметшин /Farid Khayrullovich Mukhametshin) (born May 22, 1947 in Almetyevsk) is a Tatarstan statesman and the former Prime Minister of Tatarstan. He is the Chairman of the State Council of Tatarstan Republic since May 27, 1998.
