FC Torpedo Kutaisi is a Georgian football club, which plays in Kutaisi, Georgia's second city. They play their home games at Givi Kiladze Stadium. Torpedo is second biggest club in Georgia after Dinamo Tbilisi. In 2007 the club has fallen in the hard financial situation and was eliminated to the lower Georgian Football Division. In the 2005-06 season the club is playing in the qualifying rounds of the UEFA Cup.
