Elwood Middle School (most commonly referred to residents as EMS) is a middle school in the Elwood School District in Huntington, NY. The school was originally named Elwood Junior High School. The Elwood Middle School takes students from 6th-8th grade. There are students from Huntington, East Northport, and Greenlawn.
